Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Nexora Shield's Premium subscription.

1. Subscription Billing

The Premium plan is billed periodically via Razorpay. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. After cancellation, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

As Nexora Shield provides digital services that are activated immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing Premium features for an extended period.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge via our Contact page with your payment ID and reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
