These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nexora Shield ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Nexora Shield provides website security scanning tools, including but not limited to SSL checks, security header analysis, malware and blacklist checks, port scanning, subdomain discovery, and related reports ("Services").

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will only scan or check domains that:

  • You own, or
  • You are authorized to test (e.g. as part of your job, client work, or an authorized security assessment).

You must not use our tools (including the Port Scanner, Broken Link Checker, or any other tool) to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse third-party APIs through our platform, or use automated scripts to scrape or overload the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (via Google or GitHub sign-in). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free plan users get a limited number of scans per day.
  • Premium plan is billed periodically via Razorpay in INR.

5. No Warranty

Our scan results and AI-generated advice are provided for informational purposes only and on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that our tools will detect every vulnerability, malware instance, or security issue affecting your website. You remain responsible for your own security posture and should consult a qualified security professional for critical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora Shield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it for illegal purposes, without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
